When you make an order, you are accepting the terms and conditions shown below, which are available in Spanish and English.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Products are dispatched on the first working day after the day when your order was placed, and the delivery time is one week from that day. All deliveries to Europe are free of charge. We can deliver to other countries; please contact us with details of your specific case so that we can offer you the best possible conditions.
When you place your order you’ll receive an e-mail with a confirmation message and your invoice. You will receive a second e-mail the moment your package has been dispatched.
CONDITIONS OF SALE AND RETURNS
The prices shown on this website for EU countries include VAT.
For us, the most important thing is that you feel happy with your D-due garment. So you’ve got 15 days to return or exchange the product.
-Contact email@example.com to inform us about your return.
-All products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and with the corresponding labels.
-Once the product has been received in a suitable condition, we will refund you the value of the product.
Costs for returning items will be at the customer’s expense, except when returning faulty items.

Payment can be made using PayPal or secure payment gateways.
In which countries is the online store available?
Items dispatched to Europe are free of delivery costs, but we can also deliver to other countries. Please contact us with details so that we can offer you the best possible conditions.

If you’re interested in an item that’s sold out, write to us and we’ll get in touch with you if we get it back in stock.

Do I have to create an account to buy from the online store?
You don’t need to create an account, but if you do, you won’t need to type in your details all over again. It also allows you to check your receipts and purchases.
How do I know if my purchase has been made correctly?
You’ll receive an e-mail confirming your purchase. Also, if you’ve got an account you can check your orders at any time.
