Frieze, PAD, The Other Art Fair, the London Design Festival… to mark the arrival of autumn, the English capital overflows with art, and D-due has joined in this creative festival with our roving Pop-Up Store, ‘D-due in Blue’.
In London’s trendy Shoreditch district, close to some of our favourite places, such as the flower market in Columbia Road, or the amazing Labour and Wait, between the 3rd and 9th of October we opened the doors of our Pop-Up Store to present our “Morandi in Blue” pod, a proposal in blue from our Autumn-Winter 2017-2018 collection, inspired by the still life paintings of the Italian artist Giorgio Morandi.
Each season, D-due selects the garments with the most characteristic styling and narratives, focusing on their predominant colour. This time, it was blue. This selection is available exclusively from our online store and in the Pop-Up Stores.
After Madrid, London was the second stop for this ephemeral, travelling store, which takes fashion out of its usual setting, presenting it instead in locations such as an English studio or an art gallery.
It was a hectic week, where we had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, and a truly unforgettable experience. Thanks to everyone who came to see us!
